Request for Service
All service requests are encouraged to give a 72-hour notice. Service requests will be denied if dangerous or is an illegal activity of any kind.

Cancellation of Service
Cancellations are to be made via phone or email with a 24-hour notice. If there is not a 24-hour notice given, client will be charged for their time scheduled.

Confidentiality
Priorities Transportation and Concierge will maintain confidentiality about client's personal information, and services. Client's information will not be sold to any third parties. Vendors will be provided only with information required to complete specific requests.
