A concierge is an individual or company who assists a person with time-consuming functions of daily living.
Why do people need concierges?
There are many reasons why someone might need a personal concierge. A person may find that their routine, daily tasks are robbing them of quality time. People with disabilities, injuries or illness could also benefit from such services. Every person has different needs, therefore requiring various assistance in his or her daily life.

Do you provide all the services yourself?
Priorities Transportation and Concierge has established relationships with several reputable affiliate service providers.
What area do you serve?
We can provide you with assistance in southern Maine/New Hampshire.
What hours are you available?
Our hours of concierge operation are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are also available for events and parties that occur on weekends or evenings. We request 24-hour notice on all services, but we also realize emergencies happen and we will do everything we can to accommodate an urgent request!
Do you provide daycare?
No.
How much do you charge for your services?
It depends on the service. Our prices range from $30.00 - $70.00 per hour, with a one hour minimum.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, and online MasterCard and Visa payments.
Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?
No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges on top of the hourly rate.
How will I know what additional service charges are?
Priorities Transportation and Concierge can provide receipts for all hourly charges and all additional service charges within 3-5 business days after completion of service.
